Irving
In his natural form, Irving is a large black black horse,who always appears soaking wet. They shapeshift to hunt humanity and socialise with other supernatural creatures (talking with horselike vocal chords is hard). In human form she tends to look like an androgynous gym rat (appearing in their early 20s and standing around 5ft 6) though her hair is always soaked through, and she has hooves where hands would be. As a result he tends to wear a trademark hoodie and keep his "hands" in his pockets at all times.

Irving seems to fall in love very fast, and repeatedly gets his heart broken.
They are terrible at paperwork,and cause multiple headaches within the bureau.
She appears to be connected to the sewers in some way, appearing from them and dissapearing into them.
